No, not sat link. Satellite links sucks really. Latency is sky-high (hoho, word-joke there). The round-trip time is terribad. In theory you would get nice bandwidth but that never works. Nothing you want to use for gaming ever. You would have a ping between 1000-1400ms if you were playing on a sat link. Not to mention rain fucks satellite-links badly.

This was going on a 1Gbps carrier link. Took one of two available routes from my testing location, didn't bother to check which one was used. Bigger issue was that the test servers that you could pick seemed flatlined at 100Mbps full duplex so I had to try several before finding one that had more bandwidth than 100Mbps.

Hmm, Why do i have a little bit more upload speed than download speed, and why is it so low?

Stuff might be a bit off, i should have 10Mbit down but on that site im not getting past 7Mbit while im downloading with 800 kb/s while running torrents...

Telia 1000mbit or Ownit test location with 1000mbit connection, would be my guess atleast.
